By making a reservation or using services provided by Wellington Road Bistro, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Bookings and Deposits

  • A deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

  • If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not show up for your reservation, your deposit may be retained to cover lost revenue.

  • We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult to refill tables.

3. Group Bookings

  • For larger groups, additional terms may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.

4. Dietary Requirements

  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your needs wherever possible.

5. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated or displaying abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour toward staff or other guests.

6. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
