By making a reservation or using services provided by Wellington Road Bistro, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings and Deposits
A deposit is required for all bookings. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations and No-Shows
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not show up for your reservation, your deposit may be retained to cover lost revenue.
We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations make it difficult to refill tables.
3. Group Bookings
For larger groups, additional terms may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.
4. Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your needs wherever possible.
5. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone intoxicated or displaying abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behaviour toward staff or other guests.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
